Practical Fence Installations
for Securing Homes and Land

At CC Fencing, we’ve been installing, replacing, and repairing fencing across Milton Keynes since 2007.

Since then, we’ve worked with a wide range of fencing styles and types, including timber and wood fencing for traditional garden boundaries, garden fencing installations for rear and side gardens, and agricultural fencing where strength, layout, and durability are essential.

Many homeowners come to us in need of a full fence replacement after storm damage or years of wear. Others come to us before moving into a new home, and we help them put proper garden fencing in place before they settle in. In either case, we’ll take the time to understand what you’re looking for and recommend the most practical solution for your home.

In addition to homeowners, we also frequently work with landowners who need to install practical timber fencing around larger plots, paddocks or agricultural land. This typically involves securing livestock and setting out clear, workable boundaries so the land can be used safely and efficiently.

As contractors, we like to keep our process as straightforward as possible. We’ll come out for a free site visit, talk through what you need, and provide a clear quote you can plan around. Once we’ve got the go ahead from you, we handle everything, including installation, alignment, and any removals, with payment due once the job’s complete.

If you have a fencing project coming up, please call us, and we can schedule a site visit, provide a free quote, and advise on our installation availability. Even if we’re not the right fit, we can at the very least point you in the right direction.

When It’s Time for a New Fence

If your fence is leaning, damaged, or starting to rot, it might be time to replace it. In many cases, fencing reaches a point where repairs are no longer worth it, especially after storm damage or years of exposure. Replacing it not only restores the boundary but also improves how the space looks and works. That said, our aim will always be to prolong the timber where possible, as we don’t like to waste materials going to landfill.

In addition to replacing damaged or worn out fencing, a new timber fencing installation can also be part of moving into a property and making the garden feel defined and secure. For example, you may be looking to create a safer, more private space for your children to play. Or maybe you have pets, and you’d like to create a more reliable boundary.

Whatever the reason, our approach is always the same: we’ll listen to what you’re after, offer honest advice, and build a fence that does the job it’s meant to do.

Get to Know Our Fencing Installation Process

Our process is straightforward from day one. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.

1

Free Site Visit and Quotation

We’ll start with a visit to your property to assess the boundary, talk through what you need, and provide a clear, straightforward quote. This gives you a proper understanding of your options so you can make a decision.

2

Old Fence Removal (If Needed)

If you have a damaged or ageing fence in place, we can take it down before starting the new work. We hold an upper tier waste carrier licence, and we’re happy to remove and dispose of any materials as part of the job.

3

Fence Post Installation

We’ll install posts that suit your chosen fencing and the conditions on site. Depending on the style and your personal preference, this could be concrete or timber.

4

Panel or Close Board Installation

Once the posts are set, we’ll install the panels or close boards and line everything up properly, making sure your fence looks neat, straight and well finished.

5

Final Checks and Tidy Finish

Before we finish, we’ll double check the deeds and boundary lines to verify correct placement and avoid potential boundary disputes. We’ll also make sure the site is left clean and tidy.

6

Pay When We’re Finished

We’ll only issue your final invoice once the job is finished and you’re completely happy.

Durable fencing materials

Our High-Quality, Durable
Fencing Materials

We know that a fence is only as good as what it’s built from; that’s why we only use the highest quality materials.

Timber fencing is a popular choice for most gardens, offering a natural look that works across different property styles. Posts can be installed in either concrete or timber, depending on the setup and your preference. Where needed, gravel boards are added at the base to help protect panels from ground contact and extend the life of the fence. We can also incorporate small access gaps at ground level where appropriate, helping wildlife such as hedgehogs move freely between gardens without compromising the overall structure.
